Context
Following the creation of Valorauto, a joint venture between Stellantis and Galloo, the circular economy platform needed to modernize its existing system to manage B2B and B2C take-back of end-of-life vehicles and track each vehicle from collection at the owner's location through dismantling.
Approach
Development of the Valorauto portal, with interfaces for declarations, administration, and vehicle tracking across stakeholders. Business workflows and Azure Functions APIs deployed on the client's Azure infrastructure (MSSQL databases and Azure Service Bus) orchestrate an existing .NET stack connecting owners and authorized treatment facilities.
Impact
End-to-end traceability for the group's circular economy business, supporting a network of more than 5,000 partner companies and helping the manufacturer meet its Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations.
