A software vendor for commercial court clerks wanted to embed AI directly into its platform to improve the speed and accuracy of specific time-consuming clerical tasks.
Approach
A modular architecture organized around specialized AI use cases and tailored LLMs. An on-premises FastAPI AI stack is fully integrated with the existing platform through an API and is also available to other users through a secure API. The portal is built with TypeScript and SvelteKit.
Impact
AI pre-analysis runs in parallel with business workflows. The first use case processes around 400,000 case files per year, delivering substantial time savings while meeting judicial confidentiality requirements.
