Privacy Policy
FDTI Consulting processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the GDPR), and with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on information technology, data files, and civil liberties.
The General Data Protection Regulation took effect on May 25, 2018. Organizations that process data must ensure the highest possible level of data protection at all times and be able to demonstrate their compliance through documentation.
Given the nature of its work, FDTI Consulting may need to process personal data collected and processed by its clients. The following provisions define FDTI Consulting's internal processing rules and are intended to ensure that personal data is handled in accordance with the GDPR.
FDTI Consulting considers the protection of personal data fundamental to all its activities. It seeks to anonymize all data it processes as early as possible and works to prevent its disclosure outside the applicable legal frameworks.
Data processed by FDTI never leaves the European Union and is not subject to any jurisdiction outside the European Union.
Our hosting provider, OVH France, is based in France and hosts our services in France. It is therefore not subject to the CLOUD Act.
Except in specific cases, FDTI Consulting does not need personal data to perform its services. FDTI Consulting therefore asks its clients not to send it personal data. If FDTI Consulting receives personal data unexpectedly, it will delete the data immediately and notify the sender.
Some personal data may be useful for identification purposes. In such cases, FDTI Consulting will ask the data provider to pseudonymize the data and will assist with the pseudonymization process.
If the sender lacks the technical or human resources to perform this pseudonymization in its own environment, FDTI Consulting will handle it. Only one person within FDTI Consulting will have access to the personal data for the purpose of pseudonymizing it and sharing only the pseudonymized data within FDTI Consulting.
All personal data used in our work is stored securely and processed in accordance with the consent provided by the data subjects. The data is permanently deleted once the studies and processing required for our projects have been completed.
Audience measurement
We use Umami, an open-source solution self-hosted on our OVH servers in France, to measure this website's audience and improve its performance. This tracking uses no cookies, honors the Do Not Track signal and stores no raw IP addresses.
The collected data is limited to viewed pages, referral source, technical browser and device characteristics, Web performance and interactions with appointment links. It is not shared with third parties. FDTI retains it without an automatic expiry so that long-term website trends can be analyzed.
