Circular economy

Keep materials moving without losing information along the way.

We develop the applications manufacturers and recyclers use to manage take-back operations: identify a vehicle, assess a battery, prepare a pickup, negotiate a price, generate and track documents.

Custom software for business teams, collection networks and their partners.

End-of-life vehicles

License plate / VIN lookup

Asking users to reenter a vehicle’s make, model and specifications adds fields to complete and corrections to handle later.

A structured vehicle record with available specifications retrieved and missing information completed.

End-of-life vehicles

Documents and signatures

A take-back request is not ready to process simply because the vehicle has been identified. It also includes declarative information and documents.

The request, supporting documents and signature tracking are linked to the relevant vehicle.

End-of-life vehicles

Take-back network

Owners, garages, end-of-life vehicle treatment centers and program teams act at different times with different responsibilities.

Vehicle-level tracking and interfaces suited to the people declaring, handling and managing operations.

Multi-country delivery

Multi-country, multisite journeys and routing

Country rules, precise location, the closest center by road and drop-off method guide each B2B or B2C journey.

Country rules, routing and pricing combined in one journey.

Batteries, collection & recovery

Characterization, EWC and UN codes

The reference data combines model, VIN or BIN, condition, charge, health, dimensions and weight. The declaration completes these characteristics with EWC and UN codes, evidence and photos.

A battery characterized in a record ready for collection, transport and traceability.

Batteries, collection & recovery

Diagnostics and condition

A damaged battery requires different preparation from a battery in another condition. Stakeholders need diagnostics and relevant documents before organizing the next steps.

A record bringing together declared condition, photos and documents needed to assess handling.

Batteries, collection & recovery

Packing, palletization and collection

Several declarations and packages may be ready to leave. Selecting them without considering the collector or delivery site can produce a list that does not fit the intended operation.

A packing list linked to declarations, packaging, palletization and the planned transport.

Batteries, collection & recovery

Offers and prices

Negotiation with a provider may cover both battery processing and transport. A single amount does not capture the terms of the agreement.

Proposed and agreed terms remain available with the record, without searching an email chain for the latest agreement.

Batteries, collection & recovery

Receiving and treatment

A battery reported as collected must then be received and tracked through treatment. Document status may also condition which actions are available in the tool.

A declaration tracked after departure from the owner’s site, with associated steps and documents.

Battery marketplace

Build and publish battery lots

Eligible batteries are grouped with a lot code, currency, photos and technical documents.

The manager selects authorized partners and configures visibility rules.

Documents & integrations

BSD and Trackdechets

For relevant French operations, the waste tracking form (BSD) has its own statuses. Teams need to know whether it is created, signed and ready for the next step.

The form and declaration remain linked; the user sees document status and required actions.

Documents & integrations

APIs and partner systems

A provider may already manage operations in its own system. Requiring every change to be entered again in a portal adds work instead of removing it.

A partner can update tracking from its system and receive events relevant to its operations.

End-of-life vehicles

Identify the vehicle. Complete the record. Organize take-back.

An individual or a garage starts by declaring a vehicle. Behind that form, teams need reliable information, prepared documents and a request they can pass to the parties handling collection. Here are the functions we have developed to connect these steps.

Recycling operations

Manage battery declarations, collections and treatment.

A platform to qualify declarations, prepare packing lists, manage Trackdéchets records and follow reception and treatment.

Batteries, collection & recovery

A battery to handle, with its specifications, constraints and take-back terms.

A battery is more than a reference and a pickup address. Its type, condition, documents and agreed terms affect handling. We have developed the modules below across recycling and second-life projects.

The features presented come from several projects developed for automotive manufacturers and recycling operators. They illustrate our work; scope and rules are adapted to each organization.

Documents and systems

Information must follow the operation.

Waste codes, diagnostics, tracking forms, signatures, price proposals and status changes remain attached to the business record. APIs and notifications let partners keep their own tools without creating another re-entry chain.

A focused module or a complete application.

Extend an existing tool

Your logistics software works, but declarations arrive by email? The project can focus on collecting the information and passing it to that system.

Rework a limiting workflow

Your network already uses an application? We examine the data, rules and exchanges to preserve before extending or replacing the relevant part.

Build an end-to-end service

You are setting up a new take-back activity? We can develop the network portal, administration tools and exchanges needed with partners.

Frequently asked questions

Is this an off-the-shelf software product?

We design and develop custom applications. The examples show features we have already built; together we define which ones meet your needs, which rules to adapt and which systems to connect.

Do we have to replace our existing tools (ERP, transport, MES, billing, etc.)?

The first step is to establish what is already covered. An integration or complementary module may be enough. We check exchange capabilities with your IT teams before agreeing on scope.

Does the application guarantee regulatory compliance?

It implements the controls and document exchanges defined for the project. Waste classification, transport rules and applicable obligations must be validated by the responsible specialists. An EWC code or a Trackdechets connection alone does not guarantee compliance.
