Generate documents and track their electronic signature
The application prepares documents from the file, sends them to signers through an electronic-signature service and retrieves signature events.
Processing and output
In a vehicle-takeover journey, transfer and destruction certificates are generated from vehicle and owner information. They are sent to the signature service; returns update the tracking attached to the vehicle.
Control point
The signature journey is configured according to documents, signers and country. It is distinct from visually detecting a signature in a PDF and does not imply the same electronic-signature level for all projects.
Integrate results into the information system
APIs connect document upload, extracted fields, check results and statuses to existing applications. Interfaces let teams review and validate results in their journey.
Processing and output
We frame the exchanged objects: document, extracted fields, check result, correction and status, then the APIs and interfaces required. Identities, processing logs, consumption tracking and recovery rules are part of this scope.
Control point
Integrations and hosting are defined project by project. An API installed in a client network does not mean all OCR or AI processing runs there. Data recipients and retention must be made explicit.
